When it comes to competitive pricing, our supply methods are probably the single most important thing to consider.
We supply cut and edge, flat-packed, fully assembled and retro fitted. Depending on your capabilities as the client, you can save yourself a bit of money by doing it DIY. If you are not very familiar with cabinetry, you can opt for flat-pack or fully assembled. Our last method applies when we do shopfitting with counters, wall panelling or any item which must marry to one another — these are pre-assembled and checked, then stripped, wrapped and labelled into components prior to dispatch.
The key is communication, since many kitchen companies do not break it down into the pros and cons. Before selecting a supply method you need to consider getting it on site, how much it will cost you to install, the job's intricacy, and many other factors. Take note that we do not simply bring you a trolley with your job — it gets cleaned, wrapped and labelled and is ticked off from a list as it is being loaded.
The cheapest method, but you (or your fitter) need to supply the cutting list and know how every component comes together. It might be cheaper from your supplier, but it's more work for your fitter — factor that into your total cost.
Components arrive pre-drilled with all necessary hardware fittings, wrapped and labelled (e.g. an F1000 floor unit). We supply a box of knock-down fittings to assemble every cupboard in the order.
The safest way to manufacture your cupboards, since you can inspect the finished product before it goes to site. We always fully assemble corner units and drawer units, even within a flat-pack order.
A specialised assembly method mainly for shopfitting and custom units. We assemble everything in our factory first, then strip it into labelled parts with notes on the drawings to make the fitter's job easier.
Our carcasses come standard with 1mm edging and solid back panels. We can provide 0.4mm edging and masonite backs at your specific request. Bedroom unit components come in a different knock-down format since they typically don't need back panels — either way, in flat-pack format we provide all necessary fittings to install your cupboards.
We supply the public, DIY enthusiasts, small business contractors, builders, designers and developments — no job is too big or too small. We believe the relationship we build with clients and suppliers is of utmost importance.
